Very useful and informative web site. I visited the Ajanta and the Ellora Caves during November-December 2010 and used many information from this site. Thank you.

The old trees which have completed their age should have to be replaced with the Neem Tree only as Neem is the only tree which absorbs UV Radiation from the sun and makes the atmosphere cool and fresh. We are benefitted because of its fresh and deep shadow and also clean and bacteria free atmoshpere. The age of the Neem is quite ok and during wind storm or during Heavy raining it is not fall as the grip of the roots is fantastic and the tree wood is also strong. So looking to so many strong reasons We should only go for Neem trees for the replacement of old and aged trees near to the road sides and spread greenery.Hence, we should increase the plantation of Neem only.In this way we can further improve the quality of environment which is the need of hour and can protect Ajanta and Ellora caves for long.

In reality if you ask me the foreign tourists visit India specially for Ajanta , Ellora caves and Taj at Agra.India is known for its uniqueness so we must preserve all these by taking all precautions which leads to Environment protection. That is the only solution. All the best and good wishes for any kind of initiateves.
